Not all those who are force sensitive go on to join the ranks of the Jedi or Sith. For some, the mental strain involved in becoming one with The Force can prove to be too much. Those few will find that the more of themselves they give to The Force, the more they lose, gradually regressing to something more basic, and primal. Sustained by The Force, the afflicted become quite powerful. They live to fight, but only for themselves.
